Deidre
Registered Dental Hygienist
Deidre has been in Registered Dental Hygiene for 15 years, prior to that she was a dental assistant for her father who is a dentist. She has two amazing boys and enjoys keeping active with them. She enjoys skiing in the winter and spending as much time as possible at the lake in the summer. Deidre also loves paddle boarding and wake boarding.
Suzy
Certified Dental Assistant
Suzy has been a Certified Dental Assistant for over 30 years. She enjoys working in an awesome office and loves taking care of patients. Suzy grew up in Kentucky and loves spending time outdoors with her husband.
Becky
Front Office
Becky started working front desk at a dental office in 2015. It is important to her that you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. Becky grew up in Utah and moved to the Boise area in 1996. Her pride and joy are her 6 children, their spouses and her grandchildren. She loves hanging with family as well as enjoying anything to do with nature.
Brittany
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brittany has been in the dental field since 2007. She became a Dental Hygienist in 2012. She has a passion for her career, as she loves to help people. She loves dancing and spending any free time outdoors with her three daughters and husband.
Alyce
Registered Dental Assistant
Alyce has been a dental assistant for 9 years. She moved to Boise in the spring of 2021 and spends her free time with her husband and dog. If they aren’t watching a sitcom on the couch you can find them exploring all Boise has to offer outdoors or looking for their new favorite restaurant.
Kristi
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristi has enjoyed working for Dr. Hathaway since 2007. She began her career in dentistry over 30 years ago, first as a dental assistant and currently as a hygienist. She is happily married to her husband, Dee. Together they have raised three wonderful children who are married and adding very cute grandchildren to the family! Outside of work, Kristi finds joy and fulfillment by providing many hours of service to her church and also spending quality time with her family.
Sarah
Office Manager
Sarah started working in the dental field in 1996 after completing the BSU dental assisting program. She is happily married to her best friend, Chris for 20+ years and has raised 4 daughters 1 son and 3 Labs.
Sarah and her husband have 6 grandchildren and are looking forward to adding more. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends and serving in her church.
Wendi
Registered Dental Assistant
Wendi has enjoyed helping patients with their dental needs for 30 plus years. She has empathy towards those struggling with dental anxiety and finds satisfaction in helping create a safe and welcoming environment.
She and her husband love spending time in the Garden Valley area just enjoying nature. They occasionally travel to Europe to see their daughter, son-in-law and grandson.
Amanda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1996. In 2005, she became a Dental Hygienist. She prides herself in helping her patients improve their oral health.
Amanda has been married to her best friend Dan for over 20 years now. Together they have 2 daughters and 2 dogs. When she is off work, she loves spending time with her family and going to all her daughter’s
volleyball games.

Dental Assistant
Star started her dental career in 2003 after graduating with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Assisting. She considers herself blessed to be able to work in such a welcoming and positive environment. In her free time, she enjoys pursing hobbies like photography and watercolor painting. She loves spending time with her husband and sons while enjoying all that Idaho has to offer.
Julie
Front Office
Julie has been in the dental field for 7 years and so happy to be a part of this great office. She loves greeting all the patients and getting to know them. She was born and raised in Idaho. She loves this great state! She loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact: She was raised on the land the office is now built on.
Anna
Registered Dental Hygienist
Anna was born in Montana but raised in beautiful Alaska and moved to Idaho in 2021. She is married and raised 4 amazing children. She also has 2 playful Dobermans. Anna loves reading a good book but her favorite activity is weightlifting.
Anna has been a registered dental hygienist since 1996 where she graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with honors. She was the recipient of the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award, a national award for outstanding clinical skills and technical excellence. Anna enjoys helping the most challenging and fearful dental patients. She feels her experience, skills and techniques are best used to help patients improve their oral health.
Rebecca
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rebecca began her dental hygiene journey in 2021. She graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She became interested in dentistry due to her own dental fears and loves helping her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.
She, her husband Jeff, and their two daughters recently moved to Idaho from Arkansas. They love the mountains, and whether skiing in the winter, hiking, or backpacking in the warmer months, you will find them outside enjoying time together.
